Maple syrup gives that fall sweetness without being basic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cinnamon and nutmeg make the whole kitchen smell like you are baking something even when you are not. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vanilla just ties everything together and a pinch of salt makes it all pop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-how-i-make-it-\"><strong>How I Make It<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First thing I do is roast the pumpkin seeds. If they are golden and smell amazing, they are done. I let them cool a bit so I do not melt my blender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then I soak them. I toss the roasted seeds in a bowl with 2 cups of water and just leave them there for a few hours. If I remember, I soak them overnight. I always shake it before pouring because it separates a bit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not freeze it, trust me, it gets weird. If I am feeling extra, I will blend leftovers with a banana and make a smoothie out of it. So good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-my-little-tips-\"><strong>My Little Tips<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roast the seeds long enough or it will taste flat. If I do not have time to soak for hours, one hour still works okay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almond milk makes it taste more nutty. Oat milk makes it extra thick.
