Smoked turkey lasts 3 to 4 days, also in the fridge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Challah I keep at room temp for a day or freeze for up to a month. When I reheat, I warm the turkey in a 350\u00b0F oven for about 5 minutes and toast fresh challah slices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I always add fresh arugula when I reassemble so it stays crisp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"10-my-tips-\"><strong>My Tips<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I always use Fuyu persimmons because they are firm and easy to dice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> I usually make the chutney a day ahead so the flavors have time to mingle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If I can\u2019t find smoked turkey, roasted turkey or smoked chicken works fine.
